Back in 2022, we gathered the team at Sporty’s with a clear mission: to develop a line of high-performance, stylish apparel that resonates with aviation enthusiasts while appealing to a broader audience. Our mission was to weave subtle aviation-themed details into each piece, creating apparel that is both stylish and versatile for everyday wear—and that’s how AeroWear came to life!
Fabric choice was a top priority—we didn’t want just any standard 100% cotton or generic blend. We were determined to find materials that would exceed expectations. This sparked an intensive sampling process, driven by feedback from our team of experienced flight instructors. Pilots wanted apparel that not only provided sun protection but also resisted odors after long hours in the air. Unlike typical moisture-wicking shirts that start to retain odors after a few washes, we ensured our line was built to keep you feeling fresh and comfortable, flight after flight.

Once we perfected the fabric, we turned to our talented in-house graphic designers, who took on the challenge of creating standout designs. They understood the assignment and delivered brilliantly. Designing one best-selling piece is difficult enough, but our team managed to create an entire collection that truly embodies aviation spirit and style.
Fast forward to today, we’re thrilled to celebrate one year of AeroWear! Our collection features aviation-inspired clothing for both men and women, including stylish polos, jackets, socks, hats, and unique accessories. We even crafted versatile swim trunks that double as practical multi-purpose shorts, ideal for wearing around town or enjoying a day at the beach.
