The Boeing 777-300ER is one of the most efficient airliners of modern day, with an extended range of travel and higher capacity for passengers that has led to the type outselling the competition. First flying in the mid-1990s and beginning deliveries in 2004, the ER variant has quickly become the staple of the entire line, totaling nearly 50% of all 777s delivered so far.

The 777-300ER currently in service will carry up to 396 passengers across a typical range of 7,800 miles, but typical seating capacity is closer to 360-380.
